Eran Kolran
Director and Co-Founder

Eran studied philosophy and cinema. He put his education to use as the founder and head director of a documentary movie production company. In the movies he created, he tells the extraordinary story of ordinary people. Eran is a reserve soldier in the Israel Defense Force, where he works with local as well as International media as an Army Spokesperson. He has also participated in international marketing of hi-tech companies. While gaining vast experience with media and marketing, Eran has honed his skills in the art of storytelling to become an engaging narrator.

James Williams
Tour Manager

James is an expert in travel planning and tour operation. His inter-personal skills allow him to pin-point the client's needs and turn them into a reality.
In his former capacity as Director of Education, Development and Tour programing at Hibba Israeli Heritage Movement he was in charge of developing on-tour educational content and coordinating tours and seminars in Israel. Before that he has used his organizational skills and his logistics experience to benefit a range of non-profit organizations in the UK, Israel and Canada. James has both the ability and the inclination to educate, to give and to make thing happen. In this sense he embodies the spirit of Identity Travel.

 

Malcolm Babbin
Travel Account Manager

Malcolm, a seasoned account manager, has held positions in the spectrum of sales and marketing, from the design and marketing of jewelry, to his most recent role of co-publisher for an international automotive publication. Malcolm is a joint founder and chairman of the charitable organization “You have a friend”, providing food packages to Jerusalem’s needy. He was born and educated in the U.K.

Kaden Kolran, MA
Educational Consultant

Kaden Kolran worked as a teacher for much  of her life. She has an MA in educational management and over 30 years of educational experience first as a high school teacher, later as a teacher for new immigrants and finally as the Head of adult education in one of Israel's major cities. She is vastly travelled and knowledgeable about Israel. Her inveterate curiosity and love for travel have taken her to every corner of the world.
